Frequently Asked Questions
To post a position, go to the top drop-down menu and select "Post a Job" then select a product. The site will then direct you to log in with your my´óÏó´«Ã½ account. If you don’t have a my´óÏó´«Ã½ account, you can easily create one by selecting “Create New User”. Make sure to create your account using your organizational email address―do not use Gmail or Yahoo, etc.
´óÏó´«Ã½’s membership is organization-based. If your organization is a member of ´óÏó´«Ã½, you receive member benefits, including the member rate.
You can find a listing of ´óÏó´«Ã½’s educational members here. Please note that your my´óÏó´«Ã½ account must be tied to a member institution in order to receive the member rates and complimentary 30-day job postings.
The default payment type is by credit card. If you need to be invoiced, please contact us at [email protected].
To suspend your job posting, log on to your ´óÏó´«Ã½ Career Connection account, select the "Manage Jobs" tab, go to your job posting, and select "Suspend Posting”.
To see how many people have viewed your posting, log on to your ´óÏó´«Ã½ Career Connection account, select the "Manage Jobs" tab and select "Your Jobs". You will be able to view the job views here.
To upload your resume, log on to your ´óÏó´«Ã½ Career Connection account and select "My Resumes". You can then upload your resume file or build your resume online.
